The ROYAL SMITH 90-012 marks the 12th entry in KUOE’s collection. It is our first model to feature an automatic chronograph, equipped with the Japanese-made Cal. NE86A, a premium movement developed by TMI (Seiko Time Module). The NE86A is an automatic bi-compax chronograph with a 30 minute totalizer.  This high-beat movement oscillates at 28,800 times per hour (8 times a second), increasing the smoothness of the swing of the second hand and increasing the precision of the watch.
 
The dial of the ROYAL SMITH 90-012 is built in three layers, blending a grain texture and a hairline finish. As the light shifts, the bar indices dial shows different tones and depth, giving the watch a quiet, refined presence. 
 
For durability, the watch is fitted with a domed sapphire crystal coated with both Anti-Reflective (AR) and Anti-Fingerprint (AF) treatments for improved clarity and resistance to smudges. The case and bracelet are crafted from 316L stainless steel, the same grade used in medical instruments. It offers strong protection against rust and discoloration, while remaining gentle on the skin. The bracelet itself comes with fitted end-links, as well as a toolless micro-adjust.  The watch also comes with an additional German Leather strap as well.
